To the stray dogs.
Dazai:
“Wake me up from this rotten world of a dream.”
“Nothing is worth prolonging a painful life to pursue.”
Odasaku to Dazai:
“You should know this yourself. No matter whether you’re on the side of killing people or saving people, there will never be anything that can surpass your mind. There is no place in this world that can fill your loneliness. You will linger in the darkness forever…
Go to the side that saves people! … Save the weak, protect orphans.
Regardless of whether it’s justice or evil, to you, there isn’t a big difference between the two…
But, at least, doing that would make your life more beautiful.”
<节选于英文翻译版:《Dazai Osamu and the Dark Era》>
Atsushi:
“The head may err, but never the blood.”
Bungo Stray Dogs Season 2 EP8>
Dazai to Atsushi:
“Stop pitying yourself, or else your life will become an endless hell.”
Bungo Stray Dogs Season 2 EP7>
