6. The grateful flow (the process of creating the things that you’re grateful for)
7. Loss processing (trying to move towards nonattachment every time I’m afraid of losing; I’m willing to lose everything)
Accepting that you won’t figure it out ever and nobody else will figure it out. Happiness depends on how you accept that and what you do with it.
