2, New way to better exercise
a) HIIT, that will be a much efficient way of exercise, the principle why it works may comes from it will situmulate your muscle in a high extent, could try it in the future
b) NEAT, The Chairs Kills ! The Chairs Kills ! The Chairs Kills ! don't depend on the gym after sitting a whole day. Moving up time to time will do much good to you beyond your thought. Prefer Metro to cars, Prefer walking to elevators, little by little, good habits will reward you in a long run.
We human are born to exercise through the evolution, but the morden era changed a lot just in the last few decades, moving up, refuel yourself through exercise !
