When Fifteen began all those years ago with KerryAnn and Johnny and all that lot, it was always my dream to see one of the students from the The Jamie Oliver Foundation go on to run their own restaurant. So in 2006 we invited all the old graduates back for a bit of a reunion and offered them the chance to do just that. The winner basically gets to run their own business – a bit of a challenge for anyone.
We got the graduates to present their signature dishes and chat to us about their ideas for a restaurant and then me and some of the trustees from the The Jamie Oliver Foundation picked the four we thought had the most potential. The series follows the lucky four as we put them to the test in some of London's most challenging restaurants, and trust me, we don't make it easy! They're a fantastic bunch of people and it’s a rollercoaster ride all the way to the end.

超无敌讨厌最后胜出的Aaron Craze！他竟然也有自己的cooking show了！他在market kitchen煮得都是什么烂菜。。。。。不过连Ching He Huang那种粗制滥造中国菜都能席卷英国，nothing's impossible.
