1. Know you shit cold, like really cold. I mean your talking points, your sales pitch, when the opportunity knocks on the door, you should spit it out like no-brainer.

3. Building your clientele as early as possible: in this business, who owns the client, who owns the floor, seniority has no place to play here.
4. Make friends not enemy because you don't know which one will become the bridge between you and the people you want to talk to;
5. Try to understand traders, don't be mad at them: they are a shit load of pressure and have numerous open positions to close; they are your best friends when your clients want to buy or sell;
