电影里面提到了是罗马领，不是衣服，衣服没有任何意义，意义是那个白色的可以抽出去的小带子，男主一直都想考个神职学院，所以对神父这个职业有所向往，领子目测是在监狱里偷摸弄得.我刚才上了维基百科看了看，这玩意应该是可以自制,所以只要你有衬衫（最好是黑色要么是紫色）的情况下，基本上很容易弄出来个领子，监狱里面找人弄一个这玩意应该也很容易，具体可以上知乎查查，各种监狱骚操作，在监狱都能抽上烟，何况是电影里面这种管理不善的监狱
