我是一名法官。 但奇怪的是，规则不由我来制定

I‘m a judge, and the strange thing is , I don't make the rules.

because I'm the man who writes terrible stories day after day,

and I can't change the endings.

is a horrible disappointment.

I want you to look at my face,

看看这张疲惫不堪，年老而臃肿的脸

I want you to look at this too tired, too old , too fat face，

好好记在脑子里，

lock it in your brain.

如果你再朝着我不想写的结局走去

and if you ever start heading toward the ending I don't want to write,

你就想想我这个糟老头

I want you to picture this ugly old mug.

想想这张脸， 然后改变你的主意

you picture this face, and you make a different choice.
