一场游戏一场梦

又看了一遍Stella和Paul的审讯，我认为Paul从来都没有失忆，他的失忆是他精心策划的一场游戏，包括杀人也是游戏的一种，以满足他扭曲病态的癖好与私欲。作为游戏的掌控者，每骗一个人都能给他带来快感与自信（据说童年被性侵的人长大后在现实生活中会极度缺乏自信），包括恪尽职守看护他的护士对他心生怜悯。就连心理医生都不敢妄下定论，但是作为对手，Stella从未掉以轻心，她甚至三番五次地提醒了医生切勿小看Paul的力量。 "There is a voice saying"We're losing him, we're losing him"So, there must have been at least one person who cared whether I lived or died."在我看来，Paul在说这些话的时候，是对Stella的表白，长期的较量让Paul不知不觉将Stella视为Soul mate，这是一种很奇怪的心理，因为在他内心深处，他从没有把他的家人视为自己生命的一部分，而是生活在社会中的一种生活表象，他的生命里只有他自己和他残破的灵魂，他似乎希望Stella成为她生命的一部分，但Stella像queen一样以一种高高在上的姿态对他说“That was my voice. I do care. I thought death would be too easy for you,too easy to escape.And I didn't want you to cheat the system. And I still don't. I want you to be punished for the crimes that you've committed.Your infantile desire to have a captive and captivated audience. You just want to be noticed, you want to be the centre of attention, to have special treatment, to make your mark.But it's all just a performance. All of it. You perform for me, for your solicitor, your doctors, your nurse, your psychiatrist, even your family. It's all just one big performance...As protection against the dreaded black hole of your heart. Well, guess what, Paul, it's time to grow up. It's time to take responsibility for what you've done. Let's stop this pathetic charade.”在Stella说这番话的过程中，Paul的表情，从僵硬到抽搐，一个专挑单身女性残害，将女性视为玩物的男人，如何容忍得了让女性看透并踩在脚下的感觉呢，所以他选择了最幼稚的方式予以反击，因为单纯的身体对抗，女性一定是天生的弱者，Stella瞬间被打得不成人样。 最后的结尾，我本以为Paul所策划的是一场越狱，没想到他精心设计的是一场自杀，毫无留恋，毫不犹豫，甚至觉得他还有其他的企图，结果并没有。他真的死了，还未接受法律的审判，一切都结束了。因为他是游戏的设计者，也只有他才能终结游戏。
