Source code is not just source code

 It's an amazing movie. Maybe you can guess some of what's going on when you just watch the first few minutes of the film. But, after you keep watching, you will find that everything is not going on what you think about.At the beginning I thought Steves was ordered to go back to that period of memory to find the bomber, that Steves had to stay in the capsule. Actually, Steves' behavior seem strange. He kept asking where he is, to call his dad, to remember what's going on. Though he found the bomb, he still kept asking, even to find out what's happened to him during that eight-minute memory. Nearly half of it did I find out that Steves has been dead for two months. Only the brain can operate, only thoughts still alive.It's great pain for him to realize the dead truth of himself. Yet he has to, has to insist in it, to finish the source code project, to find out the bomber. Great bravery needs. Steves believe that it's not just memory, something can be changed. Thank Goodwood that, Steves can get rid of the infinite pain of realizing the dead truth again and again, experiencing that eight-minute dead memory again and again, to live in source code, to sacrifise his own feeling to work for the country.An amazing ending. memories still going on.

For science, it's amazing, wonderful, unbelievable. I thought that after the system keeping him alive switched off, he will die, all memory will stop at that moment. It's surprising that, nothing stop, everything is going on. Althought we don't know what's happening in the reality, you cannot imaging that, memory is going on, is active, is alive. Maybe it's a bug, Steves' memories embed into the source code, in the programme, that keep running, to create a new world in source code, and in that world Goodwood is surprise for Steves' predicted message. All maybe something's change in the real world that, another parallel world's created. Actually, no one knows.

But there's still something unexplained. For example, why can eight-minute memory can cover so much info? All is just in the history teacher's mind, through that teacher's perspective.Thing that happened in real world can have only once. All can be repeated is just the code, the programme, the virtual world. How can that teacher know something outside the train? Why the action of others in the train can differ from different processes?

There's still something need consideration. For the country, for the whole world, it's a project with great value, great contribution, can keep many people out of dead. But in a local view, Steves is in tradegy. It's not easy for a dead person to deep himself into the eight-minute before dead, to feel the dead fear repeatly. The first time cause so much pain on him, you even canont imagine the second, the third, and more. It's horrible to live, to realize the death, to be courage to save others still alive, then to live again, to realize again, to save others again. Actually, the leader of the project is impatient, chasing for fame. We cannot just look at the world globally, but to look at it in one person's own view. Especially after I read the special subject of the ten-year-memory for 9.11. Global and local is both important, Macro and micro are both important. Those on the top always consider the global view, the macro view, ignore the local\micro view. Macro and micro is in opposing position. Sometimes micro angels need more consideration, for it has more impact on people's life than macro, while macro destine for some sacrifise to keep the benefits of the majority, and micro's more focus on one's life, one's feeling, one's role, one's road, one's choices.
