About "Striking Vipers"

"Striking Vipers" uses consciousness-altering techology to drop game players right into the action and allow them have full-sensory immersive experience.

It brings up some very intriguing and even philosophical questions: How do we define human? The physical bodies in real world or the avatars in virtual worlds? And what are the boundaries between identity and genders, fidelity and infidelity, heterosexuality and homosexuality? ... Unfortunately this episode doesn't give us answers and doesn't explore those topics in depths, the script just largely skates on the surface. Plus, its supposed-to-be striking punch is undermined by the slow pace, lose structure and harmonious end.
