Akhtar is a tramp in a city. Although he is penniless, he enjoys freedom, wandering around the city. One day, he meets a rich man and the friendship between the two men gradually leads them to corruprion. Combination of unique and experimental camerawork with Simon&Garfunkel’s music creats a strange harmony.
