A glimpse of its name will give you a vague idea of the movie protagonists — three idiots. It sets its scene in one of the most prestigious Indian engineering universities and follows those three friends for a time stretch of roughly a decade, with a large portion narrating their four-year college life. Like in any classical Indian movies, the characters dance and sing in unexpected occasions, but the dancing scenes are accompanied with lively music, kaleidoscopic colors, traditional costumes and well-coordinated changes of dancing arrays, creating laugh-provoking chemicals and cheering the audience up. Not blunt, nor tedious. Despite its lack of mind-blowing plots and cliche ending, this two-hour heart-warming story is not a bad choice to unwind yourself with.
