It also includes the relationship between teaching and learning in order to achieve the educational goal and complete the teaching task, as well as the psychological relationship between emotion and behavior. Therefore, establishing a harmonious teacher-student relationship is the most basic requirement for educators. It is also an inevitable trend in the development of educational reform. This is because the teacher-student relationship is different from the general social relations. In the traditional past, teachers have always been in the main position of "preaching, teaching, and dispelling doubts" and dominate everything. It is the symbol and authority of the academic, students can only passively accept the knowledge, so the traditional teacher-student relationship must embody the "dignity of teachers' way". But with the arrival of the knowledge economy and the economic age, the demand for personality development is stronger than in the past. With the continuous expansion of educational approaches, educational methods, educational management and educational means have been gradually modernized. Today, the stage of activities with teachers as the main body has been gradually occupied by students. The old teacher-student relationship is bound to suffer a strong impact or even collapse. First, from the perspective of educational reform, modern educational thinking pays more attention to "people-oriented", more emphasis on the cultivation of students' ability and development of students' intelligence. Pay more attention to cultivating students' moral quality and ideological accomplishment. The whole process of education is already an interaction between teachers and students. The relationship between teachers and students, as the most important interpersonal relationship in the school environment, will run through the whole process of education and teaching, so the quality of the relationship will directly affect the effect of education and teaching. Secondly, in the process of education and teaching, I think that if the teacher-student relationship is in a state of equality, trust and understanding, then it creates harmony. A pleasant educational atmosphere is bound to produce good educational results; on the other hand, from the perspective of students' development, they have the ability to communicate. The consciousness of cooperation is the necessary condition for the success of the cause, and the optimization of the teacher-student relationship can lay a good foundation for the formation of the students' sound personality and the improvement of their comprehensive quality. Therefore, the establishment of a good harmonious teacher-student relationship has a great role in promoting teachers to improve their teaching level.
