A peep of the history

Can't stop crying watching this, what ever happened in this little town Jackson might just be a storm in a tea cup at that time. But we can see lots of clues of the big revolution, from the separated bus to Martin Luther King, they hade everywhere, very much in detail.

It is not only the racism issue that makes this movie great. Everyone has his own fight, Skeeter's failure of marriage,pursuit of writing dream, Hilly's too strong self-esteem, Celia's fear of telling the truth, we see how they struggle, how they are helped and cured by the black they cherished or despised. The things those black nannies taught us, ugly is something that grows up in you, “you is smart, you is pretty, you is important ”shouldn't be forgotten.
