We don't need to experience everything to understand life or vice versa. But it's always good to feel, to find, and to soak up a little bit "something" from the others' stories. That's the meaning of movies.
The everyday lives for you and for me are similar, what is different, what brings each person joy or sadness or aspiration or desperation is the way we look at it and then give back to it. There are always some ups and downs, or even nothing, emptiness. For the sake of the one-time-only short life, take it seriously and, take it easy.
