虽然整个系列一长串让人感到有些恶俗，第三部把尸体埋了之后完全就可以结束了。
当然，第一部还是很经典的，特别在那个年代，这种构思应该是比较新颖的。情节和段落衔接上，以及一些恐怖的场景都可以在以后的一些好莱坞恐怖片中遵循起痕迹。
